More Greek Isles

It’s hard not to love Greece, and I don’t think most people realize how diverse of a country it is because Mykonos and Santorini get all the attention… You can see this represented in its food - influenced by the surrounding cultures, but still authentically Greek! - simple, unpretentious, but still bursting with flavor… One of the reasons we did this smaller more intimate cruise on Ponant’s beautiful explorer class ship was to experience the Vacaya Luxe offering - toned down and laid back, which has been much more important to us as we’ve gotten older and diving deeper into the experience - and also more of the Greek Isles,,, which are magical to us - and to spend a more consistent and interactive amount of time with our fellow Atlantis refugee travelers… It allowed a much more immersive and inclusiveness that was special and unique, and also allowed us to connect closer with the amazing people who bring Vacaya to us… You don't need to be on a charter cruise to enjoy the charms of the isles though, and we are thinking of ideas for how to enjoy our next trip to them.

We will say this though - no more Med vacations in August!!!
